This presentation was given at a February 2018 meeting between the Uganda Communications Commission (UCC), the UIXP, and local network operators. It provides an in-depth look at the UIXP's history and development as well as the rationale for service fees and governance challenges both past and present.

Also attached is an update letter sent to the community following this meeting. It summarizes the outcome and addresses a number of points raised within it. The accompanying spreadsheet highlights some of the UIXP's most urgent financial needs as of March 2018.
