Dear colleagues,
It appears that the UIXP may again get left behind in exploiting the
potential of
the exchange point.
Reports from other countries where Africa Online operates on the successes
other IXP's have achieved is a clear indication of this (and we were to be
one of the first off the block).
Some time ago we had discussed setting up a management team to give the
initiative direction and achieve potential.
What became of this? Can we now proceed with this as an important first
order of
business for the year opening?
