UCC letter, in full, is scanned and attached in 2 formats.

the next concrete step is to get UTL, MTN & Afsat up & exchanging local
traffic ASAP since the three seem to have the least connectivity barriers.

but first we'll have to get the space where we're moving(lower ground floor)
cleared and wired-up for power as the 3 concurrently work around getting
their links to this new space.
