venue

Hello everyone,

This is to confirm Hotel African as the venue for both meetings.
There is ample parking in Hotel parking yard. Tea breaks will be
served during morning and afternoon session. We anticipate about
20 attendees for each one of the meetings.

Meanwhile Bill Woodcock arrived safely this morning and is at the
Sheraton, and available to meet one-on-one.

Thanks
