not until we start -- their enthusiasm on this matter will be boosted

I think these are excessive. We do not even have the space to put 10
chairs in that place. Perhaps we should cut this down to 5 chairs. We do
not plan to have meetings in this room do we?

I think we'll -- incidentally there is enough space to seat over 10
people with a fair sized(small) conference table in the middle, besides 1/2
chairs in the server room maybe.

while 2 chairs will suffice these first 2 months, we need to plan/budget for
more and start having some the meetings at these premises.
