by the above resolution, we're retiring the taskforce list and converting its
membership into the Board list i.e this list will be called the board of
directors list -- bod@uixp.co.ug -- this transition will happen tomorrow.

the techies list remains as is.

For an appropriate time, an attempt will made to open up a general assembly 
list for all members of the Internet Community.

we'll attempt to kick start an all user list -- ga@uixp.co.ug
the intent is for a list of all users/Internet-stakeholders from "all walks 
of life"
or what is often referred to as the Local Internet Community.
