Pretty thorough I must say. Just a few things to note:

When can we be able to verify whether this is actually possible? I expect
that the licence fee is not a very big problem but the rent subsidy would
be something really great to have.

I think these are excessive. We do not even have the space to put 10
chairs in that place. Perhaps we should cut this down to 5 chairs. We do
not plan to have meetings in this room do we?
