Exactly, I, and I think everyone else, would like to undestand why she
doesn't want to be paid, for two months. We need to be sure that this person
will diligently pursue the interests of the IXP, for two months, including
taking care of planned and unplanned contingencies that she will take the
onus for. We need to know whether she will be able to handle the pressure,
unconditionally, considering her knowledge, experience and terms of
operation with the IXP.

In fulfillment of this recommendation  a volunteer, whose CV is included,
has come forward. She is available to work as an unpaid volunteer for
2 months as we search. Unless I get other willing volunteers in the next
2 days I'll have her start immediately.
