The tentative agenda is:

i)  Update from the chair -- Financial report, Business model,
License and any other relevant communication to the community.
ii) Resolutions on staffing and the overall
action plan(see separate msg. for an early version of this)
iii) AOB

Suggestions for items to be added on agenda are welcome.

NB: In the unlikely event that this meeting doesn't happen on thursday,
the chair will vigorously press on with whatever needs to be done
to move this forward. Business will be conducted on the mailing
lists, web, phone, fax and e-mail.
