Hi all,

I agree with B.N that all the pending issues need to
be ironed out as soon as possible. I believe this
project has been terribly slowed down such uniting
fears. This IXP is something that is being developed
for the common good of all your customers and because
of this, I would expect alot more enthusiasm from all
the service providers in this category.

I really urger you to organise this meeting and have
constructive discussion of each ones fears so that
when EVENTUALLY you get the IXP going, each
participating entity has no pending fears and no
outstanding unresolved issues exist.

I would like though to congratulate the technical team
for displaying such unity in working to the
development of our internet industry. It is such
attitudes that Uganda needs to get us forward.
