The Uganda stakeholders listed above have participated in discussions organized by the ISOC IXP Forum with individual stakeholders over the past several months. The objective of the discussions, most them in a round table format, was to collate the views of each stakeholder and to establish consensus on how the UIXP should be operated. Minutes of most of those meetings have been distributed to participants for comments, with the aim of creating a working document drawn from the points made by each of the stakeholders. The work of the ISOC UIXP Forum is part of an ongoing dialogue with each of the stakeholders.
