Dear Colleagues,
The Government Advisory Committee (GAC) is currently in the process of
reviewing its principles for the delegation, re-delegation and
administration of country code top-level domains (ccTLD). During the Rome
ICANN meetings, the GAC took a decision to have consultations on the
proposed revised GAC principles with in local constituencies and peer
organisations in other countries not necessarily already represented in the
GAC. This is therefore to invite your comments to the proposed draft
attached herewith for ease of reference. These should be forwarded to me
by the close of business 30th April 2004 for them to be incorporated in the
discussions lined up towards the Kuala Lumpur meeting.
