Hi,

Good idea.. I have lately had Kenneth Kabagambe look after the physical
fixtures at the iX. He has kept a good watch on things -- power etc.. and is
available to continue working with Sam Gita and Simon Kagwa.. Also, I have
had word with Ziggy too. Gabriel at Afsat is pretty familiar with things
and he too is keeping a keen watch on things.

There is no crisis right now, but incase something fails this defaults
to any of the above.
