Sure...

The places where you might need to change something are:

1) Your "network" statements in your core BGP router.

2) A static "cover" route for the new netblock in your core router.

3) Your outbound BGP filters on your BGP-speaking border router(s).

4) Your records in any Internet Routing Registries you may have submitted
   something to previously.

5) Any filters your peers or transit providers may have, facing you.

Have you already taken care of any of those?  Do you know whether they
all, or only some of them, apply?
