Bill,

If only we would get local government permission to connect Uganda, Tanzania and Kenya via fiber optic then that would
already save vsat. Also Nigeria should be able to connect to south africa via the fiber already there in the ocean. Then
only  vsat connection would be needed, one to hook easy africa to sa and we are done.

We could even hook up Rwanda as we are operator there as well.
