Monday 
evening someone could drop it off at One2net for Badru Ntege to hand
carry to 
the an AfriNIC meeting next week in Johannesburg. I'll also be at the
same 
meeting except I leave on Monday morning.

The format of a letter of support could read as follows.

setting up 
the African Registry for IP Numbers (AfriNIC) 

As an African ISP, we fully support your efforts and look

will suite our unique needs such as size of our network, and yet
be a quality service.
