We shall have a meeting of the technical workgroup today, Wednesday 25th
July 2001 at Grand Imperial Hotel Coffee Terrace at 3.00 p.m. Please
endeavour to attend. The agenda for the meeting will be:
1. Discussion and adoption of a budget
2. Drawing ip an implementation plan.
3. Discussion and adoption of the articles of association.

All members of the management group who would like to attend are welcome
to this meeting.
