Generally what I meant in this statement is that it should be able to
speak BGP. It would probably include a recommendation on the minimum
router specs though this would me a SHOULD and not a MUST or just a
recommendation.
 But to get on with this. I am going to compile something in the next 2-3
days from the other XPs and post it here for deliberation.
