Of course not! That is definitely in our plans. The report shall include
specifications for the equipment needed, minimum requirements required for
the routers to connect etc.
All this has to be discussed and agreed on. We are just beginning.
However to keep from getting lost by discussing multiple issues at the
same time, we need to set up a plan for how we are going to get on with
this:
	My suggestion is that we start drafting up an AUP and in the
process of doing this, all of this will have to be dealt with since the
AUP definitely should have procedures for members signing up, what
equipment they can use, etc
	From there we should then look at any other issues that may not
have been addressed by the AUP such as how the pop is wired, what switch
is to be used etc.
