Not really. We still have to agree on an AUP. Further more we need to
document all of this and pass on the report to the managerial working
group.
I suggest that we do the discussion for the AUP on list and agree. Why
don't we all submit what we think are suitable rules for this IXP and we
discuss them on this list?

After suitable discussion, I will then draft a report on all our
activities and present it to the list for comments and modifications
before we pass it on to the managerial working group for action.
