What is the point? I'm really confused as to what point you are trying to
make.

All this just show that you need to build a ISP network. That means an IGP.
Turn on OSPF between all three routers. Run iBGP between routers A and B.

One point to make is that most ISPs in Uganda will need to do a lot of work
on their internal networks once they connect to the IXP. Using Kenya as an
example .... everyone connected then we spend the next few nights working on
the internal networks of the folks who connected. OSPF, image upgrades,
filters on routers with not enough memory, etc. The fun part about it was
that you have five major ISPs all sitting in the IXP's conference room,
plugged into the same ethernet AND HELP each other work through all the
internal routing issues.

The private collaboration between the ISPs really makes a difference.
