Actually the model was that we put a router at the IXP then all the ISPs
bring in their routers ( small maybe 1600) and peer with the central
router. Then also have a route reflector for those ISPs with really small
routers.
While Randy proposed that we should instead have a switch in the centre
and the ISPs should simply connect to that switch and peer directly with
each other. Since these routers are only holding in country routes this
should not be a problem.
