What was the context of using a router? What are people trying to achieve by
"using a router" on the IXP? Was it as the IXP medium, helping small ISP to
connect to the IXP, or as a gateway for the wireless access?
The first two are already detailed - they are not recommended. The last does
not need BGP on the router. It would be a case of a router between two
ethernet segments (one for wireless that other for co-located routers).
