Well if we are aproaching the "donor" sot o speak, should we aim 
below the belt or above it ?

However to agree with you kinda, perhaps we could have 2 setups proposed 
so that in the event that we have funding, we go for the "more costly" 
but better setup and in the event that it is no there, we go for 
the "simple setup".
