I think though that financing in this case really depends on which model
is chosen. The switch in the centre model is not a problem and I am sure
that we can also acquire a donation for that if needed. We also have been
told that if cisco will not come through with a router one can be acquired
for us though I think we really should leave this mentality of wanting
everything to be free and try to get some resources in within us. Let us
not sacrifice perfomance in the altar of cost because in the long run we
will still be the ones to pay if it collapses and has to be redone.
