I see no mention of rip below. he seems to be talking of the route being
withdrawn from the RIB. But anyway consensus is BGP4. My onyl issue is
that getting public ASes will be tricky. Convincing ARIN to give anyone
with less than a /16 an AS considering that AS numbers can run out would
be difficult. We will probably have to settle for private AS nos.
